Do you ship internationally?
Yes.  Our jewels are enjoyed all over the world.  International shipping can be sent at the standard rate of $12.95 which does not include insurance or tracking, or you may choose to have us ship it priority mail.  The cost of shipping priority mail is $42.00 and includes insurance but no tracking after it leaves the USA.  Please be aware that once we have shipped your order, the buyer assumes all risks in taking delivery of the package.  Any duty owed is the responsibility of the buyer.  Preferred payment is through PayPal.

Can I visit your store in person?
No, we are an online store only.  We have 2 working studios and a warehouse for shipping, but we don't offer a physical location you can visit.

What is the shipping policy?
Chakra Jewel does not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or on national holidays.
Orders ship within 3-10 business days. Occasionally, orders will take longer depending upon gemstone availability, in which case, we will notify you.
We recommend shipping Continental US orders via Fed Ex ground or US Postal system with delivery confirmation.  As you checkout, you will have the option to select next day, two day or Fed Ex Ground, etc.  All Continental US orders must ship to a physical address.  Please do not use a PO Box as your shipping address.
Credit card approval must be obtained before the order is shipped. You will receive a follow-up e-mail confirming the total of your order, including shipping and handling charges and sales tax.
You may request expedited delivery for an additional fee. The availability and fulfillment of expedited shipping and delivery depends on the destination and the time the order is placed.
Shipping may be delayed due to out-of-stock items, as we only ship complete orders to keep your shipping costs low. We will notify you if your order is delayed.

How much is shipping?
The cost of shipping will vary depending on where you are shipping, what is being shipped and how quickly wish to receive your Chakra Jewel order.  Shipping costs will be available for you at the time you place your order.

When does an order get shipped?
Each Chakra Jewel is created one at a time, and no two jewels are ever exactly the same.  As a result, delivery time will be from 3 to 10 business days from the time you place your order.

Which credit cards do you accept?
We accept American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Check and U.S. Money Orders. We do not accept Discover, Debit Cards, Cash or Travelers Checks. Money Orders must be issued by a United States Bank.

Is my credit card safe?
Yes. We make every effort to protect your online order information by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. SSL encrypts your order information to ensure it remains private and secure.

Can I return or exchange merchandise?
Merchandise can be returned unworn and in its original condition for full credit within 14 days of the date it left our studio/warehouse (regardless of when you actually took delivery of the merchandise). You must get a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from Chakra Jewel and get the merchandise to a shipper to return back to us.

Any returns or exchanges after 14 days will be charged a restocking fee of 15%.
No returns or exhanges will be accepted after 30 days.
Request an RMA by emailing donna@chakrajewel.com and provide us with either your order Confirmation Number (for orders placed online) or Invoice Number (for orders placed via phone and a description of the item you wish to return.
Customers outside of the United States must request an RMA within 21 days of studio/warehouse shipment date.
NOTE: The merchandise does not have to be physically received back at our studio within 14 days (U.S.) or 21 days (International), but it does have to be in the possession of the shipper (along with the valid RMA). RMAs must be valid, unexpired, and issued for the merchandise being returned. Only one RMA is issued per return. When it expires, you may no longer return the merchandise.
As soon as your valid return is received and processed, you will be credited for the cost of the merchandise minus shipping charges. Most returns are processed within 10 days of receipt in our warehouse. Credit/refund reflection is dependent upon your bank’s cycle.
It is recommended that you send the merchandise back in a padded envelope and that you insure the package. If the merchandise is lost or stolen in the mail, it is not the responsibility of Chakra Jewel to replace it.

Can I cancel my order?
We will make every effort to send you the jewel you would like.  If we have not already sent out your order, you may cancel or make changes to it, however, we recommend that you notify us within 24 hrs. of placing your order, since most of our orders are shipped within 48 hrs. or less.  If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please email donna@chakrajewel.com or give us a call at (303) 919-7304.

What else should I know about my jewelry purchase?
Chakra Jewel LLC is specially created to help the wearer focus on specific chakras. The jewelry is a way to help the wearer become more aware of their emotional anatomy and relies solely on the person wearing the stone to be effective.  Therefore, no express warranties are given and no affirmation of Chakra Jewels jewelry by words or actions will constitute a warranty.  The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the jewelry is with the buyer and or wearer. 
Should there be a defect in the jewelry due to manufacturing, Chakra Jewel will make the necessary repairs free of charge minus the cost of shipping it back to the studio.  Due to the delicate nature of some of the stones, do not expose Chakra Jewels to harsh soaps or chemicals, swimming pools, hot tubs, etc.

Which length of necklace should I buy? 
Chakra Jewels are most often sold on our 16" sterling silver chains, however for an additional charge of $4.00, we are happy to make your jewel on an 18" chain.  We also offer a 3" sterling silver universal chain extender.  If you are collecting Chakra Jewels and do not need additional chains, we offer pendants only.  Our bangle bracelets fit the same as a 7.5" bracelet.

How often should I cleanse my jewelry?
All our stones are cleansed before they are made up into Chakra Jewels. 
Stones accumulate energy from being touched, held and worn.  They can easily be cleared by rinsing under cool tap water or in a solution of 1 teaspoon sea salt in a cup of water.  It's best to use a ceramic or glass cup - not metal or plastic.  You may cleanse your jewel whenever it has a dull look, or feels heavier than when you first got it.  The change in energy is immediate and well worth doing frequently or after a deep healing.
