Yellow Calcite and Citrine Pendant
Description: This calcite is a lovely shade of golden yellow, similar to a yellow bell pepper or the skin of a ripe grapefruit. Why is it that food always comes to mind when I want to describe something wonderful? Calcite is a soft stone that quickly warms against the skin. It is not hard enough to take a mirror shine, but has more of a luster that makes the stone feel very natural to touch. It is mostly opaque with translucent areas that add character. We have paired it with a micro faceted AA rated citrine quartz to create a core chakra pendant that is positively sunny and full of confidence.

The third chakra is also called the core chakra. It is
located in the center of the body known as the solar plexis. Within this chakra, we hold feelings of
confidence, determination, discipline and prana, a term meaning “breath of life”. The core chakra is the emotional center of power. People
who are comfortable in their third chakra can be tremendously
successful, simply because self confidence is a magnet for others.

Fonz). Imbalances in this area can range
from
lack of confidence to powerless victim. The key word is power. Common terms for this imbalance might be: Flip flops in your stomach, a stomach that is all tied up in knots or having butterflies in your stomach, all of which stem from a lack of confidence. An imbalance at the other end of the core chakra would be someone who abuses their power, in which case we might say they were power hungry or full of themselves. Taking a deep breath
that fills not just your lungs, but the entire area of the solar plexis
will change your posture, and is often
helpful to feel calm and empowered. Surrounding
