*Your satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, the items may be returned up to 14 business days from our invoice ship date. We do not have to have the merchandise back in our warehouse in 14 days from invoice ship date, but the package must be postmarked and on its way back to us within that time frame. We refund the actual paid cost of any merchandise returned to us within 14 business days. Freight and insurance and handling charges are not refundable.
Tip: Inspect your order right after you receive it. If it is damaged, please call immediately.
*There is a 20% re-stocking fee if the merchandise is returned to us after 14 business days, but within 30 calendar days after you receive it.
*Return after 30 calendar days: No return will be accepted.
*Return Authorization: Please email us at: email@example.com or call 303-798-5270 for a Return Authorization Number before sending any merchandise back. Please provide the original order number, the item you want to return and any comments that would help us improve our services in the future and we'll issue a Return Authorization Number via email, fax, or phone call.

*Return in Original Condition: All returned merchandise must be in its original condition. Necklaces that have been taken off the cards are subject to a 15% restocking charge, REGARDLESS of when they were returned.
*Return Carrier: We recommend that you return merchandise in a padded envelope or in a box via a carrier with a reliable package tracking system, such as FedEx, UPS or USPS. You may want to insure your package as well. Never return merchandise in a regular business letter envelope via Post Office in order to save return shipping cost. We do not issue refunds if your return package is lost in shipping or damaged when arriving at our office.
*Return Freight: It is customers' responsibility to pay the return shipping cost and insurance.
We do not reimburse return freight as well as the original outgoing freight even if the customer feels the merchandise received "looks different" from what was shown on the web site or the quality does not meet their requirements. We do our best to photograph the jewelry so that it is a true and accurate representation of the actual stone, but we have no problem with returned merchandise, as long as the terms set forth in this return policy are met.
*Refund Method: We will mail you a refund check or credit directly to your original credit card account right after we receive your authorized and qualified return package.
*We do not exchange merchandise. If you’d like something else, you must make a new order.
*As soon as your valid return is received and processed, you will be credited for the cost of the merchandise minus shipping charges. Most returns are processed within 10 days of receipt in our warehouse. Credit/refund reflection is dependent upon your bank’s cycle.
